What’s New in 2012?
Lots… To begin with, FMI will be co-locating and partnering with the American Meat Institute (AMI), The United Fresh Produce Association (UFPA) and the National Association of State Department of Agriculture (NASDA) to host one large tradeshow. This show will encompass nearly a million square feet of exhibit space.

Is Exhibit Space still available? How can I sign-up to exhibit?

When will registration open?
Registration will open in September.

What is the cost to attend the Tradeshow?
The registration fee to access the FMI, AMI, UFPA & NASDA Tradeshow is $200.00 in advance and $250.00 onsite. This fee does not include education.

What is the cost for FMI Education?
The Program is currently being built and rates will be posted here soon.

When can I reserve my hotel room?
Hotels will be available to receive reservations on the FMI website in September.

I am bringing a group, is there a group discount?
Yes, FMI recognizes a group of 10 or more with special registration discounts. Call 202.220.0844 or email register@fmi.org for more information.

Can I bring my Spouse and Children?
Spouses and children over the age of 12 are welcomed to attend the FMI Tradeshow, but need to register and pay the appropriate registration fee. There are no discounted registration fees for spouses or children.

Are there one-day passes/badges?
No, you may register for an Exhibits only badge or an Exhibits and Education badge.

I am a member of Press, How do I qualify and how do I register?
Complimentary registration is available only to Editorial Press. Those with publishing and sales titles must go through the standard registration process and pay for registration. Onsite, editorial press should be prepared to present press credentials, a business card and/or a copy of the publication featuring your name on the masthead.

Editorial Press requiring a complimentary registration may register online through the Press/Media site, when it opens.

Will Shuttle Bus Service Be Available?
Yes, Shuttle service will be offered between the Dallas Convention Center and participating hotels. Look for hotel information to be posted soon.

Will there be Translation Services?
Translation services will be provided for select FMI sessions, but we have yet to determine which languages. We will update this site once the program is built.

How can I acquire a VISA letter?
For more information click here. Note, you must register and pay for the tradeshow in order to receive an invitation letter.

What is the dress code?
Business casual. Comfortable shoes are suggested.
